Workshop for camp staff

Our training helps children's camp staff to recognise and deal more effectively with children who are less attentive, more impulsive or often disruptive, and even ruin the activities.

The training also offers practical ways to deal with difficult situations, strengthen group dynamics and communicate with parents. It helps to make sessions run more smoothly, children more cooperative and the camp experience a positive experience for all. The programme reduces conflict, builds community and helps all children find their place in camp.
