Services
Our services are aimed at adults who work with children every day—teachers, parents, coaches. We help you notice when a child isn't able to join in on activities or feels left out. Then, we show you practical tools and strategies you can use at home, in the classroom, or during training to make a difference. Our method gives adults the key to understanding and involving these children.

School-Parent Mediation – Conversation, Not Conflict

Sometimes, misunderstandings or disagreements can create tension between families and schools. When communication breaks down, that's where we step in.
NestingPlay's parent mediation program offers a safe and welcoming space for families to talk through the challenges they've faced with the school. As an independent mediator, we guide the conversation, make sure everyone is heard, and help you find a positive way forward together.
What does this look like in practice?
- We create a calm environment for open discussion.
- We help clarify everyone's intentions and viewpoints.
- And we support finding solutions that both the family and school can agree on.
The goal of mediation isn’t to assign blame, but to work together for the child’s best interests.

NestingPlay inclusive birthday parties – Every child deserves to feel happy!
Many children, whether they develop at their own pace, are more sensitive, or find it hard to connect with others, often get left out of typical birthday parties. They might not get invited, or they might feel anxious and end up not enjoying the celebration.
We believe every child deserves a birthday where they truly feel good.
That’s why we created our inclusive birthday party service, where play is for everyone—no matter their ability, background, or age.
During the party, our expert animators help each child join in the fun. Using the NestingPlay methodology, we support children who might find social situations harder, so no one is left out and everyone can enjoy the experience.
If you want a birthday party where your child not only attends but truly shines, get in touch with us!
Nesti – Supporting children’s development all in one place
The Nesti is a digital platform based on the NestingPlay method, created especially for teachers. It’s an online tool that helps track and support children’s growth, especially when they might be falling behind in some areas.
Nesti not only helps us understand the reasons behind certain behaviors but also offers practical, playful ways to provide real support. Plus, it makes communication between teachers and parents easier.
What can Nesti do?
- It tracks a child's developmentover time, even for years, using a clear and easy-to-read chart.
- It helps with tasksby reminding you when it's time for the next observation or measurement.
- It suggests fun gamesdesigned to help improve skills that may be developing more slowly.
- It offers practical ideason how to include the child in group activities.
Nesti’s goal is to help teachers not just observe, but truly understand each child, and provide real support so every child can grow at their own pace.
The following video presents the essence of the program — it's worth watching until the end.

When tensions or misunderstandings come up between a school and a parent, communication can break down. We’re here to help.
The NestingPlay mediation program offers a safe and respectful space where parents and teachers can have a genuine conversation. As neutral mediators, we help everyone see each other’s point of view, clear up any confusion, and find solutions that work for everyone involved.
What happens during mediation?
- We create a calm and honest environment for talking
- We guide both sides to work together toward a solution, not against each other
- Our aim is for parents and schools to come up with a lasting solution that suits all
This process isn’t about blaming anyone—it’s about building a bridge and encouraging cooperation.
NestingPlay Academy Teacher Training

Making Development Visible through Play and Observation
and Observation The NestingPlay Academy teacher training is designed for preschool and primary school teachers who want to better understand their students and build a solid foundation for their growth. The core of our training is about observing children — not only during free play, but also in everyday learning situations.
In the preschool module, teachers learn how to gently watch children develop through play and how to use what they see to support individuals or groups. This module focuses on helping educators become more aware and intentional about noticing those small signs that can show developmental traits or difficulties.
In the school module, teachers learn how to use their observations to support classroom work—such as differentiating, creating a safe and inclusive environment, or helping students improve their attention, self-control, and learning skills using sensory tools and techniques from the Sensory Program.
During the training, teachers will:
- be given practical tools for everyday observation,
- learn how to use play and active learning effectively,
- be given a toolkit to recognize and support sensory needs,
- will be able to adapt the learning environment to the different needs of children,
- strengthen their own role as supporters of children's development
Training

As a coach, have you ever noticed a child who
- doesn’t pay attention when given a task, chats, gets distracted, or looks around?
- Or one who constantly bumps into teammates and plays roughly, even though they’re not angry?
- Maybe they freeze, wander aimlessly, or just stand there during a simple task, as if they don’t know what to do?
- Have you seen a child do a task completely wrong, even though it seemed like they were listening during the explanation?
- Or one who clearly copies others, always stands at the back of the line, and when it’s their turn to demonstrate, has no idea how to do it?
Do these situations sound familiar? At times like these, coaches can feel stuck—helpless and unsure what to do. Sometimes, a whole training session can fall apart because of just a few children. These children aren’t “bad”—they just learn and behave a little differently. We can help you understand what’s happening and show you what can be done. In other words, we can give you the key to connect with them.
How we support coaches Through our workshops, we:
Through our workshops, we:
- Teach coaches how to spot signs that a child is struggling to engage and what to look for
- Show how to adapt sessions so everyone can take part
- Explore why children behave the way they do, using real-life examples
- Work together to find practical solutions and ways the coach can adjust their approach (we give coaches the key to reach the child)
Our approach is based on inclusion—we don’t separate the child from the group. Instead, we create activities that benefit the whole team while focusing on the child’s individual needs.
This method::
- Is easy for any adult to understand (no special training needed)
- Works in all kinds of settings
- Doesn’t require any extra money and is available to everyone
Individual counseling

Individual counseling is available if a child is having a hard time fitting in or cooperating with the team and the general fraimwork of the training doesn’t seem sufficient. Together with the coach, we identify the best ways to support both the child and the entire team.
We offer in-person sessions in Hungary, and for our international partners, counseling is available online.
