Our accredited training program for teachers, grounded in practical, hands-on experience.

Our training is rooted in the learning through play methodology, helping to transform didactic activities into playful, competency-based collaborative activities, where children learn and develop.

We guide teachers how to spot and observe the underlying cause of a child's behaviour - such as behavioural challenges - and and identify specific areas where they may be lagging behind.

In addition to observation, we demonstrate ways to support these children within the group by actively involving them in the community. Our approach empowers teachers to more effectively recognize early developmental delays, plan daily activities tailored to the educational and curricular needs of children with diverse abilities, assist them in their own group, and provide practical ideas for fostering a collaborative environment where both typically developing and delayed children can work, play, and be accepted together. Ultimately, our method aims to prepare children for school.

Our training is designed for teachers and institutional staff working with children from nursery school to second grade in primary school, with modules and curriculum tailored to the age group.

  • Training for teachers and parents on working with or raising children with atypical development.
  • Training on the advantages of free play to children’s social, emotional, creative, and cognitive development.
  • The sequences of brain development.
  • Facilitating communication about developmental disorders among parents, within the family, between parents, and with teachers.
  • Achieving inclusion in the classroom through guided play activities

The tips helped a lot in solving difficult situations, the child facing difficulties in my kindergarten group is much more manageable and calmer now.

Anna Hass, Pre-school teacher, Hungary

Conscious observation shed light on things I didn’t think were relevant. I finally understood why our “problematic kid” acted the way he did and now I don’t feel lost and clueless in similar situations anymore.

Krisztina Molnar, Pre-school Teacher, Hungary

The play activities gave me a new way of thinking, inspired me to reshape our joint activities and previous games. It really works, thank you!

"It was a gap-filling training, an approach we should have heard during our studies."
